    The Florida Conference on Aging is a multi-disciplinary conference held annually. FCOA is proud to partner with the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and the Florida Association of Aging Services Providers for this event. Watch the FCOA website and Facebook page for information about specific workshops and speakers - full listing available in March.

    The Florida Conference on Aging is proud to offer Pre-Conference Intensives

    Pre-Conference Intensives are developed by partner agencies and leaders in the field of aging. The content of these sessions is not developed by FCOA and Pre-Conference Intensive registration is not part of the overall Conference registration fees. Pre-registration is recommended for these sessions. Applicable fees can be seen by clicking on the down arrow beneath each Intensive listed. If you place your mouse over the intensive title (do not click) you will see the description of the session pop up to the right of the title.

    You can register for an intensive at any time. If you have already submitted your conference registration, please call FCOA and we can add the Intensive to your registration.

    Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

    All cancellations must be in writing and received by mail, fax, or email. If the cancellation is received by FCOA on or before July 13th  the refund will be the amount paid/due less $30 handling fee. If the cancellation request is received by FCOA between July 13 and July 28 the refund will be the amount paid/due less a 50% handling fee. NO REFUND FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER JULY 28th. Registrations may only be transferred to another individual. Please notify FCOA of any changes.  


     

    Conference Photography

    Workshops, session and other Florida Conference on Aging events are considered to be public events. Photographs taken by photographers at the event may be used by FCOA for promotional purposes. As a registered participant in these events you agree that your photograph, if taken, may be used in the manner and you waive any claim to compensation for such use.
