    The AI-Enhanced Senior Center: Strategic Implementation of Generative AI for Organizational Growth - Generative AI is transforming the landscape of public and nonprofit administration. This intensive, led by Dr. Angela White-Jones and experts from the UCF School of Public Administration, provides a high-level roadmap for Florida’s senior center professionals to modernize their operations. The session moves beyond the "hype" to explore practical applications: from automating complex administrative reporting and marketing to enhancing program design and grant-seeking narratives.  Attendees will learn how to integrate these tools into their specific organizational structures—whether municipal or nonprofit—to increase efficiency, rebrand their centers for a new generation, and remain competitive in a digital-first world.
